Aghios Nikolaos: Improvement works to penthouse apartment.

The old terrace tiles were removed and new ones put down.

Repair work was carried out on the terrace wall, guttering and the area insulated.

The existing external central heating oil boiler was removed along with the internal radiators and heat pumps were installed.
