This house in the Lakonia countryside blends very well in with its environment.

Our clients wanted a simple house with big windows at the front. Walls inside the house were curved in order to save money on making and fitting doors. The house has three bedrooms all with built in wardrobe space. One main large bathroom with shower and a guest WC on the ground floor. The kitchen was fitted and equipped basically but has enough space for a dining table and 6 chairs. A fireplace was built for the living room.

An independent guest suite has bedroom, sitting area, bathroom and is accessible externally and also internally from the main house. Storage space was also requested for the kitchen, a utility room and a room large enough for garden furniture and bicycles.

There is a swimming pool.
