ELOUNDA NEW STONE BUILT HOUSE AROUND A COURTYARD: The idea was for a traditional style Cretan house with rooms arranged around an open courtyard. The stone built house that resulted had two non unified bedrooms sharing a bathroom and an open plan living room/dining area and fitted kitchen. With its sea facing wall of glass doors, the wonderful view was maximized.

Built in benches on the outside patio created an ideal external dining area, shaded by a pergola and close to the swimming pool.

At the end of the plot of land a tennis court was built as requested.

Many features were added to give character to an already unique house such as niches and carvings.
