In Pano Elounda, listed as a Traditional Village, works had to comply with the appropriate regulations. As we usually aim to use traditional materials and processes, we were more than happy to apply these to this lovely stone building and create a compact and charming holiday home.

A new roof, ceilings, insulation, correction of walls were all addressed. New electrical and plumbing systems. A transparent window inserted in the upper wooden floor to add light downstairs. Hand made wooden doors, window shutters, frames and floors. The bathroom features mosaic patterns. A picturesque balcony on the first floor completes the beautiful façade.
