Crete Homes had already refurbished one small house as a holiday home for this owner. When the opportunity arose to buy a neighbouring house, he took it and we were pleased to also renovate this very old property. A previous owner had made a storeroom on the upper floor, but the ground floor was still a ruin.

After the rebuilding or reinforcement of walls, ceilings and roofs, new electrical and plumbing installations and external work to create a private seating area, the internal decoration was completed in bright colours. The one-bedroom house was presented fully furnished and equipped including soft furnishings, fabrics and household general items.
