LAKONIA: Simple, unpretentious one-storey house designed and built according to employers’ budget.

The brief was for a basic two bedroom air conditioned house, with living room and fireplace, fitted kitchen and patio space in the garden. Inexpensive but good quality materials were sourced in order not to go over budget and yet still meet the employers’ needs and requirements.

The result is a comfortable permanent home and garden in which this couple are happily enjoying their well earned retirement.
