Nikithiano Listed Old Stone Windmill renovated into a handicrafts shop.

After renovation the building was organized over three levels. The lower one has a courtyard shaded by a fig tree. The next level has a small kitchen and bathroom.

The upper level was the handicrafts shop with mezzanine wooden floor, small niches and a little terrace. Illumination was added via wall and roof windows.

Although the shop itself no longer functions, it building could also become a small romantic house.
