UNIQUE RESTORED CORNER STONE HOUSE & TERRACES Situated in the village of Kato Elounda this old corner stone house was beautifully renovated with style and flair, to create a unique living experience.

It was divided into a 65m2 ground floor apartment plus 40m2 outdoor space; and an upstairs, independent 31m2 studio with 19m2 terrace from which to enjoy the wonderful sea views.

A living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom were created on the ground floor.

Many features were kept such as some of the sold rock in the underground rooms plus the stone window frames and doorways.

The upstairs studio was given a mezzanine floor, so accommodate two extra beds. So for such a small house, it can accommodate 6 people!

A local artist decorated the kitchens and bathrooms with mosaics plus some mosaic patterns on the terraces. Wooden doors and cupboards were handmade.

The result was a combination of rustic charm and traditional character creating a unique home.
