In this charming traditional house the owner required the creation of a new bathroom where an external ground floor storage room was located; and the existing bathroom on the first floor removed. That would become a second bedroom.

All old existing plaster was removed from the storage room and it was newly plastered and painted. New plumbing and electric systems had to be installed. The floor was tiled and a shower corner created for a shower cubicle. A new toilet and sink plus cabinets were installed.

On the upper floor, the existing pipes and outlets were closed off and the floor re-tiled where the bathroom furniture had been.

Some external sealing work was done and other minor repairs.
